An integrated digital platform, Haiatul Ulya Exam Management System (HEMS) has been developed by Al-Haiatul Ulya Lil-Jami'Atil Qawmia Bangladesh, the coordinating organization of Qawmi Madrasah Boards, to manage the overall activities of the Dawra-e-Hadith (Takmil) examination of Masters equivalent across the country. Through automation of various activities of Al-Haiatul Ulya Examination Department, including proper coordination between the six Qawmi Madrasah Boards nationwide, formulation of quality standardized curriculum, coordination between the Boards and Madrasahs, ensuring quality of education, organizing central examinations and issuing certificates, this platform is used for Dawra-e-Hadith (Takmil) examination. This platform will be crucial for the recognition of Dawra-e-Hadith (Takmil) test certificates and, more importantly, for raising the standard of instruction in Qawmi Madrasahs. The entire process of Dawra-e-Hadith (Takmil) examination from student registration to result publication will be completed through this platform. An important part of this integrated digital platform is the HEMS native Android app that incorporates several key features of the HEMS platform. Students, negrans (invigilators), and mumtahins (examiners) can all log in using this app and carry out certain activities based on their roles.

If any user wants to use our application, they should be aware of our rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of their Personal Information.

Information Collection and Use

• Any Head Invigilator or Examiner can log in to the HEMS App only in online mode.
• Any Head Invigilator or Examiner can see his or her specific profile information.
• Any Head Invigilator can give his own or other Invigilators' attendance through system.
• Any Head Invigilator can give attendance of the students under his institution.
• Any Head Invigilator can give students' viva marks.
• Any Examiner can give mark to students' answer sheets that were sent to him through the system.

This application retrieves data from the integrated system of HEMS. Moreover, this application does not make use of third-party services that could gather data used to identify you.

Local Storage

The application uses local databases as local storage while using the application. Once the information is submitted by the Users, the local storage is cleaned up.
